Can you please explain the whole process to me?

Here's a simplified version of the process:

• Express your interest by contacting us through email or phone.

• We'll have a detailed discussion about our plans and answer any questions you have.

• If you decide to proceed, you'll make an advance payment.

• We'll schedule another call to discuss the loved one you want to speak to and the memories you'd like to include in the book. You'll also share any relevant photos.

• We'll conduct video calls with your loved one, transcribe the conversations, and edit them into a cohesive story.

• We'll send you a soft copy (PDF) for review and edits.

• You can read the stories, watch videos by scanning QR codes, and cherish the memories with your family.

What is so special about the memory book HappieClub would print and send to me?

Our expertly crafted memory books are infused with genuine emotion, seamlessly blending captivating photos and heartfelt narratives to evoke cherished moments and nostalgic feelings. Written in the authentic style and tone of your loved ones, reading our books will transport you, almost hearing their voice recounting their remarkable stories as if they were right there beside you.

Additionally, each memory is accompanied by a QR code. Scanning it opens a video snippet where your loved ones are captured speaking, ensuring their memories remain with you indefinitely.

What is price of the package?

The price goes as follows:

• For 2 hour video interview, it would cost you Rs.15,999 or $200

• For 4 hour video interview, it would cost you Rs.19,999 or $250

• For 6 hour video interview, it would cost you Rs.23,999 or $300

How does the project commence?

We kindly request a 50% deposit before commencing the project, with the remaining balance due before dispatching the printed memory book to your address. It's important to note that by this stage, the PDF version would have been reviewed and approved by you. For any additional books, we require full payment upfront.

What is included in the package?

The memory book, along with its digital version, and the full video file will be provided to you upon completion of the project. Shipping within India is covered within the package. For shipping outside India, additional charges may apply, which will be discussed and clarified at the outset of our engagement.

 

Which languages do you support while creating memory books?

Currently, we support English, Hindi, and Bengali languages. We would soon add other languages.

 

Can I purchase extra books?

You can order additional books. Each additional copy of the book will cost you as follows: • Rs. 4000: Colour books, up to 300 pages • Rs. 3000: Black and white interior, up to 300 pages. ‍Please take the time to carefully review your book’s interior preview before ordering, as we cannot offer reprints for errors that were present in the preview. If you are ordering more than one book, we recommend ordering one copy first. That way, you can see the book in person and suggest any necessary corrections to us before ordering the rest.

What do the books look like? Can I customize the cover?

The books are 5.8ⅹ8.3 inches (A5 size), similar to a book you might find in a bookstore. The font is Merriweather, size 10.

  

Can I add photos to the book? How many can I add?

To include a photo, simply send it to us at hello@happie.club in this format, either inline or as an attachment while the editing is on. There is no limit to the number of photos you can include, aside from the max page limit of 480 pages per volume. Generally, only 1 or 2 photos fit on each page, so bear that in mind if you have a large number of photos. We support standard photo formats such as JPEG and PNG. We will try our best to place photos in the right place, and for that, you are requested to send high-resolution photos (and not the ones shared over WhatsApp)

 

How much time does it take to complete one project?

We try to send the first draft of the book within 1 month of the completion of the interviews and intend to finish printing by another month. So in around 2.5 months from the beginning, we hope to complete the project.

 

Can you ship internationally?

Shipping within India is included in all our packages. For other destinations, we will let you know the price during the introductory call.

 

What is your return policy?

If for any reason you’re not thrilled with your HappieClub purchase, we offer full refunds within 30 days, as long as no books have been printed. Printed books can not be returned or exchanged. You can send an email to hello@happie.club or contact us to request a refund.
